I have been fortunate to be invited by the AFAEME to participate in the conference "The leadership is female. New management models: the talent and diversity to the change. " Organized by the Association for the Advancement Directorate (APD).
When I attend a conference or day whose objective is to demonstrate to women who participate successfully in all activities necessary for growth and enrichment of our society, something to which not only our right if we are forced, seeing the enthusiasm of those who struggle get and the satisfaction of those who have already arrived, no doubt there will come a time when there will only be valid and competent professionals regardless of their sex.

Fortunately more and more companies have women in the bodies of their businesses, thereby achieving more productive - according to studies, companies that have more women managers outperform-, demonstrating that the female is positive vision for the growth of society.
